Some previous meditation experience recommended.  Dive deep into meditation to find the centering, calm, and clarity that prepares you to handle whatever comes your way with wisdom and ease.  Using a combination of breathing techniques, mindfulness, and guided meditation, we completely settle into the present moment.  From here we move easily into deep meditation that allows you to re-center, re-balance, re-juvenate, re-energize and re-enter the rest of your week with a foundation of calm, clarity and happiness.

 

Optional:  8:00 pm-8:20pm Overtime Confab.  A chance to ask questions and engage in some informal discussion and teaching.
