Gayle has been practicing various types of yoga for 12 years and enjoys the gentle meditative/centered quality that yoga brings to life.  Gayle studied with Allison Duckworth.  Gayle graduated from a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Thrive Yoga in 2016, with an emphasis in Vinyasa Flow and certification in Yoga Warriors (yoga for veterans with PTSD).  

Gayle believes that yoga is for everyone; to move, and to connect body, breath and mind keeps us strong physically, emotionally and spiritually.  There is no need to be perfect, only to allow yourself to open up and discover in the moment.  Gayle's hope and intentions are to give everyone a safe space to connect with themselves through yoga.  Her classes in gentle Hatha and slow flow Vinyasa are warming but slow to allow for modifications and use of props, with some breath work and meditation.
