With over 15 years in the Wellness industry, fitness coach and health educator Molly Wavra, provides a holistic and balanced approach to improve overall health and Well-Being. Working with individuals and small groups, Molly guides participants to improved wellness through basic nutrition & fitness education, visualization/meditation training, flexibility and movement classes, as well as the use of therapeutic essential oils, Sound & Breathwork and Shamanic Journeying techniques to create profound and lasting results. Molly’s expertise and skill set comes from a variety sources, including a formal education and B.S. in Health Education from Portland State University, 10+ years of holding multiple National Certifications as a personal trainer, health & nutrition coach, biomechanical performance specialist, licensed chiropractic assistant, group exercise instructor and corporate wellness trainer. Additionally, Molly is a life-long seeker with extensive experience as a practitioner and facilitator of Meditation, Intuitive Energetic Bodywork, Shamanic Journeying and Native American Ceremonies. Molly offers a complimentary, 20 minute, introductory appointment to all potential new clients and teaches ‘Mindful Movement’ on Wednesday mornings, 9:30am-10:45am.
